Tropical Retreat is a refreshed 1950’s British Phosphate Company house renovated in a “Tropical Hampton’ style. The house is situated in the port area of Settlement, a short walk to Flying Fish Cove, 3 supermarkets, Visitor’s Centre and Post Office. A new kitchen/dining extension opens out to a private courtyard with uninterrupted views of the lush escarpment and its unique bird life. Tropical Retreat comprises of 3 bedrooms – Main Queen room with ensuite, another Queen room and twin King Single room. A spacious family bathroom, living room with large flat screen tv and unlimited wifi ensures a comfortable and connected stay on Christmas Island. A fully equipped laundry is available for guest use.
